Strategist / Sales Personnel

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategist/Sales Personnel to join our team.
- This role combines strategic planning and sales execution to drive business growth, optimize market opportunities, and expand our client base.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proven sales experience, and the ability to craft actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotions, and strategies.
- Sales Execution:
- Identify potential clients and create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to present the company’s products/services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and develop action plans accordingly.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, strategy, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
