  • Monitor and engage with our audience across social media platforms.
  • Q&As, and other interactive content.
  • Respond to customer queries and manage feedback effectively.
  • Organize and execute engagement activities like polls, quizzes, and contests.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing social media communities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive brand image and resolve customer issues professionally.
