  • We are currently seeking a Factory Administrative Assistant for our factory located in Munshin, Lagos.

The top Job Responsibilities include

  • Interface with clients on site and via phone or email warmly and professionally
  • Provide information to clients and visitors about the company’s services
  • Receive boards, cross-check, and take inventory of boards received or cut
  • Prepare invoices and send to clients and confirm their payments
  • Assist in setting up meetings and providing support during meetings
  • Ensure the generator is serviced as and when due and that factory operators are fully kitted in their safety wears
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar for the office
  • Ensure the factory office is tidy and well-organized
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist the Factory Manager to plan production, aligning with clients to plan and execute their project specifications, and ensuring a smooth run of operations.

Qualifications

  • OND or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in Admin Management.
  • Proven experience in administrative, customer relations, or related roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
