Assistant Architect
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing design concepts and schematic designs.
- Prepare architectural drawings, including plans and elevations.
- Create construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
- Conduct site visits to verify design intent.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad, and related software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for design and attention to detail.
