Job Summary

• To be considered for this role, the candidate must have expertise as a writer in a software company, Studied Computer Science and has programming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information.
• Create and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Organize and manage documentation projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, and flowcharts to enhance understanding.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to ensure documentation is current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word).
• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in [specific industry or technology relevant to the company.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
