Branch Manager (Insurance)
Job Locations: Abuja, Abeokuta – Ogun, Akure – Ondo, Ibadan – Oyo, Benin – Edo, Warri – Delta, & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
- Providing effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Adminsitration, or a related field. Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualificationn relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry.
