Job Locations: Abuja, Abeokuta – Ogun, Akure – Ondo, Ibadan – Oyo, Benin –  Edo, Warri – Delta, & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
  • Providing effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Adminsitration, or a related field. Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualificationn relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry.
