Requirements
- BSc. Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the Insurance/Microfinance sector.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Implement marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.
- Creating, Marketing, and reporting on all initiatives and outcomes within their subunits.
