Job Description
- Our established client in the oil and gas construction and engineering sector is looking to hire aBusiness Development & Proposal Admin Officer.
- This role focuses on maintaining positive client relationships, supporting the bidding process, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Follow up with clients post-bid submission, ensuring feedback is gathered promptly.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain an organized storage system for proposals and business documents.
- Bidding Process Support: Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting proposals accurately and timely.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns professionally.
- Administrative Assistance: Offer support to the business development team, enhancing efficiency.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and proposal progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or related roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Prior experience in managing bid and tender in the oil and gas industry is compulsory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
