Description
- We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury home decor and furniture.
- Candidate must be a Lagos resident who is willing to relocate to Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service professionals
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners
- Monitor and control expenses, budgets, and financial performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, retail management, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for luxury home decor and furniture
