Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Work Structure: Monday – Saturday (8am-6pm) Onsite

Job Description / Responsibilities
- This is an on-site role: Attend to customers in store full time
- Reports directly to the CEO and serves as line manager to all other team members
- Manage the entire store operations, in-store, sales agency and online
- Manage compliance of the team members in line, with the corporate strategic goals
- Process in-store transaction with use of POS software and print receipts
- Monitor delivery & logistics of customer’s orders
- Manage customer experience / feedback in-store
- Manage procurement, track inventory and book keeping
- Manage new and return customer records
- Receive sales agency and online orders and process orders for delivery
- Manage product dispatch and follow up with delivery of product.
- Generate weekly and monthly store / performance reports.
General Requirements
- Must have a good command of the English language (speaking and writing)
- Courteous, polite, and respectful
- Honest, diligent and punctual
- Must be ready to put on provided branded tops at work
- Must be proficient with use of computer & basic software; MS Office tool, Word, Excel, Power point.
- Must have basic photo & video editing skills with use of photo and video editing mobile Apps.
- Proven work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations Management, or similar roles
- Must be persuasive and able to close sales with prospective customers.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 10 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
