Job Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about our courses and services to prospective students.
  • Responsible for driving sales and achieving monthly enrollment targets
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensurethat students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected programs
  • Maintain and manage a database of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and promotion of courses.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to convince customers to enroll forcourses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
