Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
- Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate
- 3 – 6 years of experience.
- Certificate / Diploma in food related courses.

- Food safety: The ability to maintain a clean workspace and ensure food is safe to eat
- Cooking techniques: The ability to understand ingredients and how they interact with each other in different cooking techniques

- Creativity: The ability to develop innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Food preparation:The ability to prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.
