Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content across various formats, including videos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and social media.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule regular postings using social media management tools.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Support marketing campaigns with tailored social media strategies and creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them independently or as part of a team.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience analysis is a plus.
- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
