1Customer Support Officer (Hausa)
Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers through regular phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to introduce and upsell our products and services.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup and adoption processes.
- Monitor customer health and identify potential churn risks, taking steps to mitigate churn and ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer success, or a related role.
- Experience in onboarding and guiding new customers through product setup in an E-commerce sector.
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
