Job Summary

  • The role involves managing and expanding social media presence across various platforms by curating posts that align with industry trends and brand identity.
  • Responsibilities include developing engaging content, driving creative campaigns that showcase the mission, interacting with followers to foster a vibrant online community as well as managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media marketing strategies, analyzing web content performance, and utilizing web analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Coordination Your key responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and managing a team of marketing professionals as well as training your team on Digital Marketing for effective deliverables
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the company’s brand values and marketing goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales across all online platforms. Identify new digital opportunities and partnerships to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X etc.) creating engaging content and running targeted ad campaigns.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales transactions on social media, B2B marketplaces, and in physical outlets. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and a seamless customer experience.
  • Graphic/Multimedia Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media and digital platforms ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Working experience in traditional sales, marketing and project management will be a great advantage
  • HND, B.Sc, NCE, OND qualification

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and hands-on execution across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • If you are at a beginner level in Digital media Marketing, this role is NOT for you. You can apply as a Digital Media Intern
  • Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns, with a successful engagement and brand-building track record.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools to drive informed decisions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software and SEO tools
  • Understand SEO principles and have practices in this field.

Content Creation:

  • Ability to plan, create, and manage content across various formats (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) to align with marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjusting strategies accordingly to improve ROI.

Project Management:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in working with external partners, such as advertising agencies, influencers, and vendors.
