Events / Logistic Officer
Job Location: Bodija, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time
- Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
- Monitor all adhoc Staff and ensure all equipments are handled with care
- Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
- Inspect all equipments after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure accurate number of items are returned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise staff
- Basic numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Paying attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management System
