Job Description

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage kitchen staff and inventory, including ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Create and update menus to suit guests’ preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
- Education: Basic education/ career related training
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working as a chef or cook in a similar setting.
- Readiness to work full time.
Skills:
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety.
