Job Summary
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of company facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional working environment.
- This role involves overseeing and managing maintenance activities, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years in facility management or related role.
- MS Office packages (Excel & Office Word)
- Written and oral skill
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Customer-centric
- Outspoken & charismatic
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
