  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Revenue Development Manager to oversee the strategic financial operations of a multi-branch organization in the healthcare, Medical Aestheticsand wellness sector.
  • The role focuses on developing and executing effective fundraising strategies, securing grants, and driving sustainable revenue generation.
  • The ideal candidate will perform responsibilities such asidentifying new funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and optimizing internal financial processes to support business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial planning, grant acquisition, and revenue diversification, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support from diverse sources, including grants, donations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential donors, grant-making bodies, and corporate sponsors to build sustainable revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative revenue-generating programs and initiatives.

Grant Management:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and track grant compliance, including reporting requirements, deadlines, and financial accountability.
  • Develop and maintain a grant database to monitor funding opportunities, applications, and status updates.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of grants and funding activities to stakeholders and funding agencies.

Financial Planning and Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and management of budgets for fundraising initiatives and revenue-generating activities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop financial forecasts and strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies.

Strategic Partnerships and Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including investors, industry collaborators, and community leaders.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for joint ventures, licensing, or other revenue-enhancing collaborations.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and events to advocate for its mission and funding needs.

Team Leadership and Capacity Building:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members involved in fundraising and financial operations.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to improve organizational capacity in revenue development and grant management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement systems to track the effectiveness and efficiency of fundraising and revenue-generating activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, grant status, and revenue growth to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, grants management, or financial planning.
  • Must possess professional certifications such as ICAN,CFA, CPA, or ACCA
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and grant acquisitions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, technology, or wellness industries is a plus.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 per month.
