About the Role 

• We are looking for a Flutter App Developer to join our passionate HelloMe team, where innovation and customer-driven results are at the forefront. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that enhance the digital banking experience.
• This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic fintech environment by leveraging payment infrastructure and creating user-friendly, scalable mobile solutions. You will work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Huawei platforms using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Architect scalable and maintainable code with seamless integration of Flutter’s payment APIs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate on product features, user interfaces, and experiences based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services to expand application functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and the fintech industry.
• Contribute to the platform’s overall architecture, roadmap, and innovation strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Proven expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and backend system integration.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
