Food and Beverage Manager
Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager.
- The ideal candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of staff.
- Candidates must live close to Jabi for ease of commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain smooth operations and excellent service.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and increase revenue, including promotions and special events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and ensure cost control and waste reduction.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of the food and beverage department.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly assess and improve operational processes and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service, menu planning, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must live in or close to Jabi for easy commute.
