Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Desk/Admin Assistant Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while also supporting administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Clerical tasks:
- Data entry
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
Communication:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Sending messages to staff, students, and parents.
Scheduling:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Managing calendars
Record-keeping:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Student files
- Staff records
- Attendance and punctuality records
Administrative support:
- Assisting school administrators
- Preparing documents and reports
- Managing school supplies and inventory
Student support:
- Assisting with student enrollment and registration
- Handling student queries and concerns
- Providing general support and guidance
Event planning:
- Assisting with organization and coordination of school events
- Booking venues and catering
- Sending out invitations and notifications
Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Other tasks:
- Providing backup support for other administrative staff
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives.
