Job Summary
- We are seeking an organized and proactive General Affairs Officer for our client
- The successful candidate will manage various administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination of services.
Key Responsibilities
ndor Management:Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Drivers Management:Supervise official drivers and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
- Meal Coordination:Organize meal arrangements for staff and official meetings.
- Travel Arrangements:Handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
- Expatriate Visa Processing:Oversee expatriate visa and CERPAC processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management:Maintain records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Administrative Documentation:Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or general affairs roles.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of inventory management and visa processing is compulsory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
