Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary individual to serve as our Head of Operations.
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience in operations, business development, business management, marketing oversight, construction oversight, sales management, crisis management, and client management.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business growth for our esteemed organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Provide oversight on marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Provide oversight on construction projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide oversight on sales teams to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Implement crisis management protocols to address unforeseen challenges effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute key projects and initiatives successfully.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- Minimum of 7 years of diverse experience in operations, business development, and management roles.
- Relevant educational qualifications in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Professional certification in operations management or relevant disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing oversight, construction oversight, business development, and sales management.
- Proven track record in crisis management and adeptness in handling challenging situations.
- Exceptional client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
