Risk Management Head
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview
- We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our risk management function.
- The Head of Risk will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company’s assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company’s risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership to align risk strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree
- 10 years experience in Financial Services
- At least 5 years in Risk Management
- Relevant professional membership or qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CRMI, AERMP, etc is required
- Experience in asset Management will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of risk management principles, regulatory expertise, and leadership abilities.
