Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the bank’s growth and mission
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
• Design and execute learning and development initiatives
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization
• Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a strong organizational culture
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the microfinance sector
• Oversee HR systems and analytics to drive data-informed decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
• Commitment to social impact and financial inclusion.

Salary
N800,000 Monthly.
