Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Assist in managing employee payroll and ensure timely processing.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including leave, health insurance, and other entitlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, promoting staff satisfaction.
- Identify staff training needs and organize development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure all HR processes adhere to regulatory standards.
- Support managers in implementing performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
- Develop strategies to boost employee morale and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience working in a lounge, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
