Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources Management with minimum of 1years of experience in similar position is required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Profound knowledge in Performance Management Framework.
- Profound knowledge in Recruitment Processes; ability to find the right candidates in line with business goals of the organization.
- Profound knowledge in Conflict Management
- Change Management; plan and manage medium to large scale change management initiatives.
- Profound knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration.
- Profound knowledge in Employee Relations; to develop employee relations policies and procedures to
- meet organizational goals.
- Learning and Development; develop organizational learning plans to address current capabilities and
- future training needs.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Profound knowledge in Human Resources Software and its application its an adventage.
