Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals
  • HR Technology Management: Manage and optimize the HR software applicationfor talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, and analytics.
  • People Management: Lead recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to Nigerianlabor laws and HR best practices.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and metrics from HR software to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Culture Building: Drive employee engagement, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts and build capabilities to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Certifications: HR certification and chartered status: SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM, or ACIPM is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic leadership roles.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in managing HR technology platform.
  • Pan-African Expertise: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
