Media & Comms Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of content including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate and timely.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication activities.
- Assist in organizing events, including press conferences, articles, and promotional activities.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the communications department as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
