Job Summary

 

 

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should reside near Shomolu, Lagos, and be ready to assist with various office duties, ensuring smooth operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office correspondence, both incoming and outgoing
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
  • Organize and file documents
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Must live within or close to Shomolu, Lagos
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and reliable
