Office Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should reside near Shomolu, Lagos, and be ready to assist with various office duties, ensuring smooth operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office correspondence, both incoming and outgoing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
- Organize and file documents
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Must live within or close to Shomolu, Lagos
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and reliable
