Key Responsibilities
Sales Staff Recruitment:
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for sourcing, screening, and selecting sales staff to meet organizational goals.
- Execute training programs for new hires to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Draft, review, and update clients contracts, ensuring.
- Handle any legal inquiries or issues related to the recruitment process or staff employment.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring efficient processes are in place to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet objectives.
