Perfection Motors a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor’s was given the sole rights to, assemble and market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in insuring that we will be ready to service our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, Parts Department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

Petrol Mechanic

Job Description

- Using manual and computerized diagnostic methods to identify potential problems in a car
- Explaining mechanical problems and possible solutions to clients
- Planning work and testing procedures using charts, experience and other organizational methods
- Testing parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
- Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
- Performing basic automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires
- Repairing or replacing worn, old or defective parts of a car
- Repairing or modifying a car to a client’s specifications, if possible
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Perform vehicle assessments and alert clients on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection.
- Diagnose and repair problems involving electrical system
- Perform wheel alignments
- Replace, or if possible, repair suspension and steering components
- Conduct emission test and necessary adjustment
- Perform regular vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance
- Repair or replace engine components
- Transmission system servicing and repair
- Replace air filters and cabin filters
- Exhaust system repair and replacement
- Air conditioning and heating servicing.
- Test and replace batteries
Salary
N65,000 – N75,000 / month.
