- Address guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve minor complaints effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, adhering to service protocols.
- Assist in setting up tables, preparing the dining area, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Education: Basic education (no formal degree required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a restaurant or resort.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication, knowledge of serving techniques, and menu familiarity.
- Attributes: Polite, attentive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
