Project Administration Officer

Job Description
- The job holder will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office and projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects across locations with relevant project stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the AAF, Abuja office and administrative systems.
- Attend meetings and develop minutes of meetings to keep records.
- Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders and ensure receipt of updated reports on all activities.
- Draft and handle official communications, such as emails, letters, and memos.
- Track inventory, equipment, and office supplies, and ensure timely procurement as needed.
- Handle the welfare of guests and meeting attendees in the AAF office, Abuja.
- Conduct field visits of project sites as required and develop reports for management use.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- 5 Years of experience in project coordination and administration.
- A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Good team orientation and the ability to work at all levels within the organization and external network.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
