Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• Our client is seeking a QAQC Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for engineering projects.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports, certifications, and checklists.
• Train and mentor project teams on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of QAQC processes, standards, and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
