Sales and Marketing Manager (Insurance Brokerage)
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in expanding the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales processes.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on market conditions and business performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
