Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections with prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and detailed records.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. • Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and facilitate negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM software.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
