Job Summary

• Our client is a thriving supermarket located in the heart of Anthony, Lagos, committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Attendant to join our team and contribute to the daily operations of the supermarket.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing information about items available in the store.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any stock shortages.
• Assist in promotional activities and ensure proper pricing of items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in retail or a similar customer service role is an added advantage.
• Basic numerical skills and ability to handle transactions efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.
