Job Location: Festac – Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and service updates.
  • Be able to present and explain the features, benefits, and value of the company’s products or services.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.

Sales Closing:

  • Close sales by agreeing on terms with customers and ensuring the sales process moves forward.
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns to secure the deal.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, targets, and market feedback.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns and promotions.

Customer Support and After-Sales Service:

  • Address post-sale concerns and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Help resolve any issues customers face with products or services.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Regularly attend training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / FSLC qualification with 2 – 5 years of experience.
