Sales Executive
Job Location: Festac – Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings and service updates.
- Be able to present and explain the features, benefits, and value of the company’s products or services.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
Sales Closing:
- Close sales by agreeing on terms with customers and ensuring the sales process moves forward.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to secure the deal.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, targets, and market feedback.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate on sales campaigns and promotions.
Customer Support and After-Sales Service:
- Address post-sale concerns and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Help resolve any issues customers face with products or services.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Regularly attend training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / FSLC qualification with 2 – 5 years of experience.
