Job Brief
- We are massively recruiting for dynamic and results-driven for sales executives in a real estate firm to sell and promote our clients properties and drive sales growth.
- Successful candidates will be charge with the responsibility of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships to sell properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our real estate listings and services
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to clients
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc Degree in any field with ability to sell and market real estate properties
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lagos
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
Salary
- N140,000 monthly plus commission.
