About the Job
- The Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- This role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure 7-8 new business clients within three months.
- Conduct outbound activities: cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide weekly progress updates and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend weekly reviews and adapt strategies for better results.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including terminologies and trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Passion for building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or B2B transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Focus on lead generation through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
