About the Job

  • The Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • This role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure 7-8 new business clients within three months.
  • Conduct outbound activities: cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attend weekly reviews and adapt strategies for better results.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including terminologies and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or B2B transactions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Focus on lead generation through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
