Job Summary
- This position offers a significant opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strategic growth and success in achieving sales targets critical to our operations.
Scope
- Leading and managing the sales team.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Coordinating with suppliers/vendors.
- Maintaining stock presentation and inventory management.
- Analyzing market trends and sales data to optimize the fashion showroom performance.
- Driving initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales conversion rates.
- Managing the showroom’s social media page, including uploading content and providing basic oversight.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred butnotrequired).
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in fashion industry.
- Excellent content creation abilities
- The ideal candidate should have social media savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients/vendors.
- Applicants must reside in Surulere and it’s Environs.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
