Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand presence, attract and retain patients, and support the overall business objectives.
- This role involves collaborating with various departments to create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the hospital’s services, specialties, and unique value propositions to the target audience, including patients, referring physicians, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital’s services, including specialties, outpatient care, surgical services, wellness programs, and community outreach.
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, outdoor, and events) to drive patient acquisition and retention, enhance brand awareness, and support service line growth.
- Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and execute community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, webinars, and other events to promote the hospital’s services and engage with the local community.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and provide a measurable return on investment (ROI).
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences, including patients, physicians, and community stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and patient satisfaction data to inform marketing strategies.
- Public Relations and Media Management: Build and maintain relationships with local media, develop press releases, and manage media inquiries to enhance the hospital’s reputation and visibility in the community.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clinical departments, administration, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the hospital’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a hospital setting.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
