Job Description
As a Secretary, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our real estate office. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel for real estate professionals.
- Communication: Serving as the primary contact for clients, managing incoming calls, emails, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Documentation: Creating, editing, and maintaining real estate documents, contracts, and client correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Organizing and updating databases of properties, client details, and transaction records.
- Client Interaction: Greeting and assisting clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Overseeing office supplies, managing petty cash, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc or HND in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative position, with real estate experience being a plus.
Skills:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Capacity for multitasking and setting priorities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
Additional Requirements:
- Residency: Must reside in or close to Gwarinpa or Wuye to facilitate immediate availability and engagement.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
