Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategist/Sales Personnel to join our team.
  • This role combines strategic planning and sales execution to drive business growth, optimize market opportunities, and expand our client base.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proven sales experience, and the ability to craft actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotions, and strategies.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Identify potential clients and create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to present the company’s products/services effectively.
    • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to  communicate strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, strategy, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
