Job Summary

 

 

  • We are looking for an Admin Officer who will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
