Job Summary
- We are looking for an Admin Officer who will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and grow with our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
