Duties / Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial electrical installation market to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and work closely with the operations team to ensure fulfillment of agreed-upon services.
- Proactively manage customer issues and concerns, working collaboratively with other departments to resolve them promptly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Manage sales pipeline, document customer interactions, and generate sales reports for management review.
Requirements / Skills
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation services.
- Strong understanding of the electrical, automation, or electronics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
