Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Consultant with experience in digital or creative agencies to organize and structure our operations.
  • This role involves evaluating our current processes, providing recommendations for efficiency, and creating structured documentation.
  • You’ll work closely with our founder to set up effective workflows, establish staff roles, and guide future hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Structuring: Assess the current structure of Bave Design Studio and develop a plan to optimize our workflows, project management, and client engagement processes.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various functions, including project management, client onboarding, design, and development.
  • Staff Setup and Role Definition: Evaluate current staff roles, make recommendations for role adjustments or new hires, and assist in setting up teams to meet operational goals.
  • Hiring and Onboarding Support: Define key hiring needs, assist in the hiring process, and create onboarding documents to ensure new team members integrate smoothly.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement, suggest new tools or technologies for productivity, and implement best practices for a streamlined workflow.
  • Strategic Guidance: Offer insights on agency growth, client relationship management, and operational scaling to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in structuring or consulting for digital/creative agencies, preferably in web design or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and CRM systems; experience with WordPress and agency-focused tools is a plus.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess current operations and make data-driven recommendations.
